Chalk Drawings at the Mission

Labmate BB and I went to the annual chalk drawing event at the Santa Barbara Mission. It's free for us spectators; individuals and companies pay for spaces and either make their own drawings or pay others to do it for them.

Yay procrastinators. We went the second-to-last day of the chalk drawing festival.

Yay fish. For some reason it reminded me of the aquanode devilfish R created. I guess all fish remind me of it.

I felt I should take a picture of a cat drawing for R, but they were all so scary.

I feel calm and enlightened now.

Come on, say it with me, O RLY?

A more classical offering

WTF? At first this seemed like it should be some new-age or space-age type picture, then the halved avocado was stuck in the center. I thought my labmates might appreciate this one.
